Data controller

Julia Leitão is the controller responsible for information submitted to CMSI through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact info@cmsi.pt.

Information collected

The form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, project location, type, stage and approximate budget, whether the project is managed remotely, your message, and confirmation of consent.

Do not submit sensitive information or personal information that is not necessary for CMSI to assess the enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used only to receive, assess and respond to the enquiry and to consider whether CMSI may support the project.

Processing is based on the consent given through the required form checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@cmsi.pt, without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Retention

CMSI retains enquiry information for no longer than one year, unless it must be deleted sooner or retained longer to comply with an applicable legal obligation.

Static Forms and international transfers

CMSI uses Static Forms as a technical provider to receive, deliver by email and store submitted enquiries. Static Forms acts as a processor for this activity.

Static Forms states that information may be processed by providers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. It states that Standard Contractual Clauses and other recognised transfer mechanisms are used to protect those transfers where applicable.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@cmsi.pt.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, through the official CNPD complaint forms.
